Bioavailability of two brands (international and Indian) of ketorolac tromethamine 10 mg tablet in twenty healthy human volunteers was carried out. Plasma concentrations for 24 hours following drug administration were determined byy a specific and sensitive hplc method. The pharmacokinetic parameters Cmax, Tmax and AUC O-alpha were computed from the plasma levels. No statistically significant difference was found between these parameters following administration of two brands tested were found to be bioequivalent.
