A New simple, precise, rapid and selective reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method is developed for the simultaneous determination of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT) and 2,2' dithiobis-benzothiazole (MBTS). The relative standard deviation and recovery for MBT are 0.51% and 98.63%, respectively, and relative standard deviation and recovery for MBTS are 0.51% and 98.66%, respectively.
