Some 2(Beta-arylethyl)-5-phenylamino- 1:3:4-Oxadiazoles, 2-(Beta-arylethyl)-5-phenyl-amino 1:3:4-thiadiazoles and 3-(Beta-arylethyl)-4-phenyl-5-mercapto-1:2:4-triazoles have been synthesised through thiosemicarbazides. All the three types of compounds have been screened against twelve microoganisms.
