2-Aryloxymethyl-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,5-benzoliazepines have been synthesized by the cyclocondensation of 1,3-diketone with O-phenylenediamine and screened for their fungicidal, herbicidal and cardiovascular activities.
