Two simple and sensitive spectrophotometric methods developed for the determination of ambroxol using the reagents 3-methyl –2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone (MBTH) and ferric chloride (FeCl3) and potassium ferricyanide [K3Fe(CN)6] for bulk samples and pharmaceutical preapations.
