Abstract
A simple, rapid and reliable method for the determination of isoniazid, based on its oxidimetric titration with lead (IV) acetate in glacial acetic acid medium, is described. The end-point may be detected visually using quinalizarin indicator or potentiometrically using platinum wire indicator electrode and modified calomel reference electrode.
