Abstract
A reproducible method for preparation of sustained release dosage form of Sulfisoxazole (SFX) was developed embedding the drug in formalized gelatin matrix. In vitro release profile of the drug was studied. Effect of the amount of Cetrimide (CTM) in the formulation was investigated.
